Ram you are covered there (if at least 3200mhz CL18). 2070 super will depend on the game. If it is not a demanding game at 1080p (assuming that is your monitor resolution) then you should be good with a Ryzen 7 5800x. However, if you had a RTX 3000 they have NVENC (you can google more about it) that offloads the streaming task on the GPU and not loading them on the CPU. I have a build with a 3070 Ti, 32gb ram 3600 CL18 (that has never gone more than 64% usage), R7 5800X (that has never gone more than 65% usage and that is while gaming, streaming and browsing). On that build I have used streamlabs and OBS and no issues streaming warzone at 1080p 60fps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’d go 5800x for sure. Will be a great cpu for 1080p and you should have enough power to run all your other applications with no problem. I would suggest switching over your stream to run on your cpu instead of the gpu.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.64GB ram? that's a bit much... If they are on sale, I would 100% get the 5800x
