Best Buy tends to put in orders for re-stock very often even ahead of time, they're pretty in touch with the gaming community and its demands.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to haunt the product page. It sells out fast. Bestbuy releases new stock at 11am central time, but on random days from what I can tell. I managed to get one buy checking bestbuy at 11 am for 3 weeks. I've managed to get several 3070s as well for my render farm. You just have to be patient and persistent.

I bought this from Bestbuy.com about 2 weeks ago and it was delivered in about 3 days. I think you can trust the availability if you're ready to pull the trigger.
