Negative on trying to purchase a generic one. Your best bet is to try and contact Anker support and hope they can offer you a replacement tip.

Spent many hours researching for myself to find out there's nothing that's compatible with this charging dock.

you can purchase a kit that has the dongle tip, extra batteries and battery covers, but not the dongle tip by itself.

We lost our tiny magnetic USB-C headset connector also and can’t find a replacement without buying a kit with other parts we don’t need. Super annoying.
