“Why I only have 2 lights solid, 3rd one bling for more than 12 hours and 4th never light. Keep charging?”

• You should get to 4 lights - might take a few hours but not 12. I you are charging the device with nothing else plugged into it while charging it you should get to 4. If not I'd get a replacement.

• Yes, it took forever for the 4th light to become solid but it will.

• Yes, keep charging. Think of each light as more than a full charge. You are collecting multiple charges.
