Is this charger apple/Mac certified? null

My friend and fiancé both have iPhones. 8 and 9, and they charged perfectly fine. They brought their usb wires and had them charge a few times throughout the day.

Do you mean, will it work with an iphone? If so, yes it will charge any apple device. It is just like an outlet at your house.
