Make sure that you're plugged into the correct port. I was able to trigger the flashing if I plugged my phone into the USB-C port (middle port). That port is only for charging the power bank (input) and not for charging your mobile device. The two USB-A ports are used for charging your devices (output).

And they will turn off when the powercore is fully charged The LED power meter will stay on when charging a device, displaying the battery’s remaining power and will turn off light steadily depending on device's model when the device is fully charged and not drawing a current. The last LED light will flash when the remaing power is lower than 10% and will turn off when it's lower than 5%.
