“Can I ask how long the battery will hold the power? It only shows 1 blue light after charging and I used it to charge my phone and it still shows 1 blue light when i press the circle button on the front. Is the power bank full or not?”

• I put mine on charge right after I bought it. Took it 5+ hours to charge to full with all blue lights on. Maybe let yours charge overnight?
