I have the Anker Powercore III 20K. When I push the button to check to see if it is fully charged all four blue light up and then the last 2 go out and only the first 2 remain on. Does this mean that it is fully charged or is there a problem with it. null

Two lights means the charge level is 25 to 50%.

All four lights will initially light up. The two remaining show how much power you have left.
