• Thank you for contacting us. The USB-A port is compatible with quick charge 3.0, just the max output is 18W. It seems that Fast battery charging for G8 is 21W, so the charging speed might be a little slower with the USB-A port. I notice your phone also supports Power Delivery. So you can also charge your phone with the USB-C port of Anker wall charger at full speed (using one USB-C to C cable). Have a good day!
