“If I'm listening to a raio station or CD, and a phone call comes in does it automatically cut in or ring thru the car radio or do I need to turn the radio station to whatever station the bluetooth is set to run on ? ?”

If the device is on and you are connected to it via bluetooth it will try to answer through the device. You need to make sure you're on the station it is on in order to talk to the person though. Have to turn the device off to answer normally
