    • Answer Thanks so much for your interest in our product 😊 The F3000 has a 3072Wh capacity and comes with four standard AC outlets, with 3600W rated AC output. Based on typical power usage: Light: around 20W TV: around 120W Fan: around 30W That gives a total load of about 170W. So the estimated runtime would be: 3072Wh/170W = around 18 hours Of course, this is just a reference estimate — actual runtime can vary depending on the exact devices and how they’re used.     • Answer We’re glad to hear that you’re interested in our product. The Anker Solix F3800 supports direct EV charging via the 14-50 port (240 V port) with a maximum power of 6000W. F3800 only has 3840Wh battery capacity and it can only be as emmergency back up Before charging your EV, make sure to set the charge current to 25A (or less) on your EV settings or EV charger. The Anker Solix F3800 does not support more than 25A charge current.   • QuestionCan I leave this product plugged into the wall continuously and use it as a backup for my sump pump? Does it have pass-through power capability so my sump pump can run off power from the grid until the battery is needed?

    • Answer Yes, you sure can! If this is the sole purpose youre looking at this for, I'd recommend looking into what the peak wattage your sump pump pulls, then either checking out one of their slightly smaller units like the C2000 or C1000, if they can handle that load and for the time of potential outage you're looking to cover. OR... get the power saver kit (bidirectional outlet and power meter) and take advantage of pulling off-peak electric rates and/or solar to push into your home during peak hours while the F3000 waits for its call to keep you sump pump running! Anker even has a storm readiness mode that'll charge up automatically based on NWS alerts!
