Q: Question2 questions: Is there an external input - and what are its specs? Is there a volume control?
Asked by IwannaKnow.
- A:Answer Yes to both: 1. External Input The Soundcore 2 has a 3.5mm AUX input hidden under a protective rubber flap on the side (near the charging port). Specs: Standard 3.5mm stereo line‑in jack. What you need: A standard 3.5mm audio cable (male‑to‑male) to connect non‑Bluetooth devices like older MP3 players, laptops, or a TV headphone jack. 2. Volume Control There are physical volume buttons on the top of the speaker (the “+” and “‑” buttons). They work independently of your phone’s volume, so you can adjust the speaker’s loudness right on the unit itself. You can also control volume from your connected phone or tablet.

Q: QuestionYour description says wireless pairing. Does that mean I can play in two separate rooms and get the same music? Or does it mean left channel and right channel?
Asked by Drewbob.
This question was asked about the related product: [2-pack] Anker Soundcore 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with 12W Stereo Sound - Black
- A:Answer The wireless pairing feature allows you to pair two identical speakers together, creating a stereo sound where each speaker plays a distinct audio channel. Specifically, one speaker will function as the left channel, and the other will function as the right channel. Unfortunately, this does not mean you can play the same music in two separate rooms simultaneously while keeping synchronization; the stereo pairing mode is designed to work between speakers within a distance of 5 meters (16.4 ft) and without any interference from electronic devices between them.
