1. Delete the Bluetooth profile from your phone. 2. Put both earbuds into the case. Wait a few seconds then proceed to step 3 3. Take out the right earbud and tap the side 4 times, then put back in the case. 4. Remove the left earbud and tap the side 4 times, then put it back in the case. 5. Take both out of the case at the same time, you will see the lights on top flashing white/blinking in a breath like manner. 6. Once the earbuds start this, reconnect to your phone and enjoy your music.

Once the earbuds start this or flash red, reconnect to your phone and enjoy your music
