• Normally it reminds "battery high" when it's turned on only. If your left side does not pair with the right side, please search "4rNVJooT1KU" on YouTube to follow the detailed steps to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing once when you quickly tap the touchpad on the earbud 4 times, which means the reset was successful. • Try putting it back in its charging Case. Take it back out, and you’ll find they’ll reconnect without any issues. It’s a bit annoying, but works for me every time. Not the best solution, but a solution.
