Sorry, not sure. It only has a USB3.0 port. I'm sure with the right adapter, you should be able to get it to work. The included cable has two USB plugs, you may need to supply power for the monitor through via the second USB, as I'm not sure if the PS4 can power the monitor through USB. Anyway, good luck.
