Yes, there is a plastic cover you pop off to remove the stand arm leaving you with the four holes for mounting.

Please try again later.While it does come with vesa mount holes, after you remove the stand a piece of metal is still left that will likely block your ability to mount the monitor unless you want to spend even more money to get some sort of special adapter piece that, from what I can tell, is being sold mostly on ebay and etsy.
