A:AnswerI purchased this UPS for that very reason for my wife and it has been working perfectly for over a month. A Huge piece of mind in case the power goes out in the middle of the night.
A:AnswerThank you for taking the time to review our UPS. I am sorry to let you know that you that the UPS BN450MNW does not have an user replaceable battery in it. We moved to that option because usually it is more cost effect to replace the entire unit instead of just the internal battery. Also with a new UPS you would get a 3 year manufactures warranty but with replacing just the internal battery you would only get a 2 year manufactures warranty on the internal battery. We will also be adding the option to generate a return label to send the UPS in for recycling.

A:AnswerThank you for taking the time to review our BN450MNW UPS. Typically the UPS will start to turn off when there is less than 2 minutes of runtime. When UPS is powered on the UPS receives an auto restart directive if the UPS is power off due to low battery. If there is remaining power to keep the brain of the UPS running once power comes back the UPS will automatically turn on. If the UPS is drained due to overload or any other fault will not turn back on as designed and if the batteries are fully drained the UPS will lose instruction on memory to autostart since this will trigger a logic reset.

A:AnswerThank you for taking time to provide feedback about our BN450MNW unit. The Resmed Device has a 65 watt adapter so theoretically it will work but as the UPS is not rated for life support we cannot endorse if for life saving equipment. A:AnswerNo, this unit provides power during outages. These units also condition the power supply at protected needs. If there is a surge this unit controls the spikes, to not burn out your electronics.
A:Answerthis is not neccesarily "normal". It has been my experience that the beeping occurs when the battery is low or it sesnses a drop in power. When you fire up your the printer it sounds like its sensing a power drop.
A:AnswerShort answer; Yes. These are a more consumer style apc. Many of these do not have replacable batteries. With these smaller backups, most of the time you are better off replacing the entire unit
A:AnswerYes it will protect your computer I have it connected to a machine it's like casino machine and we have a lot of issue with the electrical system in Puerto Rico and that thing worked perfectly fine I don't have no issue with my machines or my computers it lasts like 30 minutes on I had enough time to save my stuff before the shutdown I truly recommended big time
