you need to depress the power button for a hard 5 secs and that should turn it off, wait 15 secs and press the power button again to turn it on depending on if you have power. You will have to reboot your electronics,

To reset the alarm on the unit, disconnect all the equipment from the unit, disconnect the input power, and then hold the power button for around 10 seconds. Reverse the instructions to power back on the unit. I would just try to turn it on with no equipment connected to it. The BVN650M1 would support 360 Watts of equipment connected to it.
