“I just purchased this today. I have plugged it in and turned it on. Light is green any device plugged into surge protector gets power any device plugged into battery & surge gets no power. Is this normal? Does the battery have to charge befor using?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you may have not installed the fuse on the bottom of the apc. turn it over and see if you plugged the yellow fuse connector into the bottom slot.
