“The Apple accessories have a one year warranty. How do I get a new cord. I kept the receipt but idk if I can go to Best Buy or to the Apple store. Help”

Regular apple warranty must be processed via the AppleStore. Be aware that the warranty does not cover regular fraying of the cord, only bunching of the cord. I was told this recently when trying to replace a cord that frayed due to overheating.

I asked the apple store if I could exchange and they told me that charging cords did not have warranty
