Negative only a usb c smaller end input on charger .

No. This is a USB3 to lightning cable.

No. It will only work with a USB-C power adaptor.

It is for the new USB-C. You can get adapters to convert into the standard USB though.

If I’m understanding your question correctly no. It doesn’t have a standard USB end.
