HEY FOLKS - PAY ATTENTION TO THIS - This charging cable will handle up to 100 watts. So the more watts in your charger, the faster this cable will charge your device. If you will also use this cable to transfer data, it is a certified USB-C 2.0 cable which has a data transfer rate of 480Mb/second. If you want to transfer data faster, you should find a USB-C 3.0 or 3.1. I have this cable and it is great for charging but I wanted a faster data transfer rate so I also bought an Anker Model A8485 cable which is a 3.1 Gen2 cable that transfers data 20 times faster, a full 10 Gigabits Per Second as opposed to this cables 480Mb/second. The Anker cable is also outstanding. This is a perfect cable for fast charging and 480Mb/second is fast enough data transfer rate for most applications. Here is the link to Apple's web page for this item: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MLL82AM/A/usb-c-charge-cable-2-m Thanks, I hope this helps!
