Had one, before the 2016 flood. Needed an extension, for the charge to reach thru the LifeProof case. Will not reach, otherwise.

Please try again later.Yes, if the one that came in the box with the phone does, this will, if that one won’t, this one won’t either. nothing about the lightning end of the cable is different, only the end that would typically have the usb-a plug is different. It has a sub-c plug here. If the usb-a cable will Work though it’s cheaper, and this model wouldn’t do you any favors on an iPhone 6. The upside for this cable is it’s ability to fast charge the newer iPhones when plugged into a ‘PD’ or ‘Power Delivery’ compatible device.
