It depends on the type of adapter that your cord uses to connect to the laptop. I have an early 2015 MacBook Pro. Two things are important - one is the wattage, and the other is the connector to the computer - Apple keeps changing the design. If you go to the Apple Icon on the Menu Bar and click on About this Mac, a window will open. Toward the lower left, there's an option to select System Report. Click on that. Scroll down and click on Power. At the bottom of the Power Display, there's a list of specs about the AC Charger. You will find the Wattage for your charger listed here. If you have a 13" screen and require a 60-watt charger, this should work for you. Here's a website that shows what the connectors look like.
