• No. Apple forces all third-party retailers to sell Apple Care protection plans only. Third-party stores cannot offer their own protection plans for any Apple products.

• Why would you want to? GeekSquad is a joke, all they are going to do is send the item to Apple for repair, prolonging the time it takes to get repaired. AppleCare+ is well worth it.
