“What’s the original warranty? If I don’t wish to purchase the 2year Apple+ care for extra $59 , then do I get the Apple +care on the brand new product? If yes, then for how long?”

Apple’s original warranty is 1yr parts and labor. Really, it’s just $59. You’re buying a potentially $600 pair of headphones. AppleCare+ is definitely worth it, because if you need it and don’t have it, you’re in a BIIIIG pickle.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No Apple Product comes with AppleCare+, however they do come with the standard 1 year limited warranty. That 1 year limited warranty only covers manufacture defects/issues. The AppleCare+ adds accidental damage coverage, and replace the battery when it retains less than 80 percent of their original capacity (batteries don't last forever.)
