Are they allowed to sell fake AirPods ? null

They scammed me and sold me fake AirPods even though I payed for the real ones. So I guess they are.

It's impossible to sell fake AirPods because Best Buy gets their products directly from the manufacturer. They also can't resell AirPods as all returns of them go to PRC (Product Return Center) where then they may be refurbished and certified by Geek Squad to be sold again at a discounted price. So no, they can't sell fake AirPods.
