“Is this waterproof? Can I wear them in the shower without damage?”

• The AirPods Pro 2 are IPX4 water and dust certified. This means that they are able to endure short periods of exposure to water (such as rain, etc..). However, this does not mean they are waterproof and they have not been rated to endure prolonged water exposure(such as taking a shower).
