Not sure if they are compatible with a non-Apple phone. 
The sound quality is great!!! They do have noise cancellation feature.

Yes they will connect to any Bluetooth device. They do not have noice cancellation. Generally only larger cans have noise cancellation features. The sound is great for how small they are and the microphones are awesome.
