“I got a new 10S and with it came a new set of airpods with a case - MMEF2AM/A. I can’t find that case! I have old airpods - not sure what they are and that old charging case does not seem to work. Can I get a new case?”

My husband had one of his pods die but didn’t want to repurchase everything again because the other one worked. At the Apple store they sold him a refurbished pod to replace just the one that died. Not sure if they might also sell just refurbished cases but might be worth checking out at your local Apple store if possible.
