Once I figured out how to "answer the phone call" by touching the stem portion of the Airpod, it works great. I can clearly hear the person on the other end of the phone and someone I was talking to complimented me on the clarity of my voice. I am not using for any business type situation just phoning friends and family member, however. I have never used Microsoft Teams except on my desktop computer - not a phone situation.
