Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to access your AirPods Pro 3 sound settings and turn off the option for automatic-play. This will stop the back and forth which you are experiencing (this is what is causing the noise). If the automatic option is selected, you may simply touch the stem and tap twice (or once) to turn it off.
