• Yes I bought the four pack and gave one to each of my sons and one of them has a android phone and it works just as well as it does on Apple phone

• Currently you have to have an iPhone or iPad to setup your AirTags but if that has been done you could try using FindMy using iCloud online and see if that can provide any directions to your AirTag.
