No, but you can log into any device that can access the internet and log in to iCloud.com or I use my Apple Watch. I ask Siri to find my iPhone. If it’s within range it will start playing a loud noise even if it’s on silent

No it helps you find the AirTag with your phone or laptop. You attach the AirTag to objects you want to be able to find. You can make the AirTag play a noise via your phone, and if you have a new enough iPhone, it can even direct you to the device.

No, unlike some other trackers, Apple is one way only.  Phone and other devices can find trackers.  But the trackers do not have a button to find your phone.

It's not designed to help you find your phone - if you have an iPhone, that feature is already there ("Find My"). These help you find *them* or whatever you have them in, using an iPhone app.
