• To an extent…. If the person has an iphone, it will notify them an air tag has been detected following you (something like that). I took my sisters keys and it had an air tag so I received a message on my phone..

• If you have your AirTag set up, and I walk by it it will give ne notifications that there is an AirTag near me. So no.
