Will these work on an iPhone 11 null

No they will not work unless you have the appropriate adaptor plug. The iPhone 11 uses Apple's older proprietary Lightning connector. These headphones require USB-C connection to work. They will not fit into the Lightning port without the proper adaptor.

No its for usb c but if choose the one for the apple generation will work read front boxe
