“I have an apple Ipod Model FCXCE , it works very good. The only problem is the original set of earbuds need to be replaced, they were always hard to keep in the ear. plus I have lost some of my hearing. Will this set work? If not what will. Thanks, Randy”

My new Apple EarPods stay in my ears very well -- they are shaped correctly and labeled for which ear each should go into for that purpose. Also, I found the volume control will easily make the sound as loud or soft as you need. The microphone is spaced just the right place, too.
