Return it back the same place you bought them immediately! I believe you have within 30 days of the purchase to return it for a full refund.

Please try again later.It says this is a month old, bring them back for an ever exchange or call Apple and speak with tech support and most likely, they will send a new replacement for free of charge. Just let them know they broke in within only a month. I know I received a new Apple 6’ charger after I had a question about regarding my newest and best iPhone model. The tech offered me a new replacement and received the new cord within a few days and I’m in Louisiana, was mailed from Cali. I don’t know if this was only done for me due having AppleCare+ or not. They should be under a one year warranty with Apple, Often BestBuy only allows a return or exchange is only within 15 days, I disagree with this policy but I’m an elite member and have 30 days now for one year,
