Mine were. But they were missing the stickers. All other manuals and original materials were included.

They come in a cardboard holder that doesn't really double as a storage device if that is what you are asking. It doesn't have the plastic case the older non-lightning earphones come with. A bit of a bummer in my opinion, I like the plastic case.
