It depends on the port for Connecting the mic. If it is standard jack it will Work just fine.

Yes. There are two types, one with an Apple Phone only plug in, and one with a jack. The one with the jack will work in your android phone jack.

The earbuds will work with your Zenphone, to listen to music or watch videos. But the mic and volume control will not work useless your Zenphone is an Apple product

Yes, these will work with a ZenFone but the Apple-specific features such as one-tap setup and access to Siri will not work. Additionally, these earbuds can only be charged via Lightning connector.
