How do I get my old Apple Music account back I redeemed the Apple Music and it made me a whole new one when it say for existing customers as well I lost all my music I’m sad null

We can’t help with that. We can only get you a free subscription you have to call Apple to reset password

Unfortunately, Apple Music just removes everything after not paying for another subscription. That’s why I just take screenshots of all my playlists

You need to go to your settings and log back into your original icloud. It should change everything back and your library will pop back up.
