Ive used it multiple times it did say that the code limit was reached but i went back and kept redeeming it and then i went into apple music and it worked not sure if its just me.

All you need to do is sign out your Apple ID in settings where you will see purchase and media then you go back to your Apple store and re-login your Apple ID and enter the code again in your Apple Music

should be able to go use it again if you reload the app, been using for 2 years. if not, create a new best buy account
