Even if you paid full, it’s still locked to the carrier. Jailbreak maybe, if you’ve heard of it, when you return home. I dunno if that will work on the 11. Also on the website, it says you can only use the phone within the US.

Spectrum is telling me they will not unlock my phone for 60 days but I don’ t trust them. AT&T told me 24 to 48 hrs for them so it depends on your carrier. If it is Spectrum, good luck!
