No it doesn't include the plan or data from sprint. The $22 is just to lease the phone with them for 24 months after that you can make payments for another set of months to own the phone or trade it in for a newer model. But you will have to get a plan through sprint.

Sprint offers many economical plans where you can choose your GB or get unlimited. The 24 month installment is an upgrade, so if you already have sprint you do not have to get another line to get this deal. You must have sprint to use this phone.
