By plan fee I assume you mean the monthly fee for the phone. You will also have the fees for the carrier plan you will have. The amount will be dependent on the amount of data you will need and possibly a fee for texting. In addition you will have a one time activation fee, probably in your first carrier bill and you will need to pay sales tax at the time of purchase.
