Best Buy won't be able to do what you are requesting, they are two different operating systems, iphone works with the cloud and galaxy works with goggle cloud, even through you having Verizon as your provider, Verizon still can't do anything thing, you can find out from Verizon if they can transfer your contacts over, which I don't think they can, once again, they are two different operating systems, Good Luck!
