• I went from a 6 to 11 Pro and BB was able to transfer all my info (had over 50GBs on there). Took a while, but, still transferred everything.

• No, they will not transfer data. I would recommend signing up for Google Photos (its free) to backup your photos to your Google account then for one month sign up for 50GB of iCloud for .99 cents to back up everything not related to photos.
