• Yes. You can get a Geek Squad plan, or go for Apple Care + with loss and damage replacement. It's $299 for an iPhone 11 Pro with 256 GB.

• Best Buy only offers Apple Care+ for Apple products. There is the standard Apple Care+ which is accidental damage, and there is a version that includes loss and theft version which costs more.
