No my iPhone was not refurbished. I’m with Sprint carrier. Love the phone. Still learning on photos. Hope. This helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No my IPhone 11proMax is not refurbished. It is NEW, I traded in my 8Plus with Best Buy, October 2020, which I’m very happy with. It came with everything in the box too (USBC fast charging cable, 18 watt charger block, and wire earbuds). My husband purchased the same phone from the Apple store, it was New too however, Apple had removed the 18 watt charger block and earbuds but included the USBC charger cable he had to buy the charger block. Yes you can use IPhone with Metro Carrie as long as you get a SIM card from Metro. Best of luck to you. I’ve enclosed a picture however it is in a protective case.
