Yes that’s normal Your carrier credits you the promo price But do check w your carrier 1st just to be doubly sure that they are having that promotional price and how the credit you the difference Just to put it in layman’s terms Best Buy only facilitates the sale Your carrier is actually the one giving you the promo and the contract is between you and your carrier that’s why the actual bill shows up on your carriers bill Hope this helps
